Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery, the customer is liable for delivery costs both ways. so for example if you order a £100 item and the delivery cost is £8 the monies returned will be £92. even if I offer a free delivery on purchase. I can arrange collection for your item to be returned to me so please ask.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale
  • Bespoke or multiple purchases


Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
